How to set a Dimmer or a Keypad to factory default?

Pull out the air gap switch.
Press and hold the top button on a three-button device or the single button of a one-button device.
Restore power to the device by pressing in the air gap switch while still holding the button.
When the power is restored, the top indicator light will begin to flash; keep the button pressed until the indicator light turns off.
This usually takes around four seconds.

The device is now restored to factory settings and is now available to join a JetStream Network.
