My Elegance programming software is not connecting with the MCP.
Make sure you have the right cable. Use a straight-thru cable with the following pinout:
PIN 2 to PIN 2
PIN 3 to PIN 3
PIN 5 to PIN 5
Another program may be using your Comport. Try closing down suspect programs, then retry connecting with the Elegance programming software.
Make sure the Elegance MCP is powered. You should see a green LED on the front of the MCP.
