President/CEO — James (Jim) L. Busby
James L. Busby has over twenty years experience as a corporate CEO starting with the forming of QMS, Inc. (NYSE:AQM) from a start-up company to a publicly traded corporation with over 1,400 employees and over $300 M in annual revenues. Mr. Busby has a BSEE degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA degree from the University of South Alabama.

Chief Technical Officer — James (Jimmy) B. Busby
James B. Busby co-founded the Company and led the development of the processor software controls. He currently manages R&D and engineering. He has degrees in both aerospace engineering and in business finance from the University of Alabama and is the son of James L. Busby.

COO/CFO — Philip Cahoon
Philip R. (Phil) Cahoon joined the CentraLite in September 2004 to manage the company's financial matters as it continues to grow and expand, and to supervise production, manufacturing, and distribution. Prior to joining CentraLite, Mr. Cahoon was CFO for Mobile Energy Systems Holdings, Inc. His background also includes owning and operating his own business, Grand Slam USA. For over twelve years, Mr. Cahoon served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for QMS Inc., a Mobile, Alabama-based international laser printer manufacturer, which was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Cahoon received a BS Degree with a major in accounting from Florida State University in 1975 and an MBA from the University of South Alabama in 1983.

Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing — Michael C. Dow
Michael (Mike) Dow is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As EVP, Dow has again joined forces with founder, Jim Busby. Previously, the pair worked together for more than a decade at QMS, Inc, the multi-million dollar technology company Busby started In 1977. Under Dow's leadership of the sales and marketing teams, the company's sales grew to nearly $200 million. In 1988, Dow left QMS to pursue his interests in politics. Prior to his appointment in October, 2005, Dow served 16 years as mayor of Mobile, Alabama, guiding the city to become one of the state's leading centers for technology and innovation.

Vice President of U.S. Sales — Scott Williams
Scott Williams, vice president of U.S. Sales, brings 16 years of experience in the residential and commercial channels, most recently serving as the vice president of Kidde Fire & Security's commercial division. He has also held key positions with Thomas & Betts and Tyco. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in management from Oral Roberts University.
