President and CEO - James B. Busby

Jimmy Busby is the co-founder of CentraLite and previously served as the company's CTO. Jimmy is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and Finance.

Chairman and COO - James L. Busby

Jim co-founded CentraLite Systems Inc. in 1997 in Mobile, AL and led the company as the CEO through July of 2010. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Jim has over twenty years experience as a corporate CEO starting with the forming of QMS, Inc. (NYSE:AQM) from a start-up company to a publicly traded corporation with over 1,400 employees and over $300 M in annual revenues.

EVP, CFO - Philip R. Cahoon

Phil Cahoon is a graduate of Florida State with a major in accounting and has an MBA from the University of South Alabama. Phil was the VP-Controller at QMS for 12 years and CFO for Mobile Energy Services LLC before taking the CFO position with CentraLite.

EVP, Sales and Marketing - Michael C. Dow

Mike, the former 16 year Mayor of Mobile, has held senior leadership positions throughout his career. Before being elected as Mobile's Mayor, Mike was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for QMS. Mike continues to be very involved in the Mobile community and holds several positions on various community and business boards.

VP and CTO - Leo J.(John) Calagaz Jr.

John received his BS in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Business in 2003 and continued his graduate work in Software Engineering in 2005, both from Auburn University. John was the lead developer in CentraLite's ZigBee initiative and managed the development and certification process from start to finish.
